Do your styles run true to size?
Our styles tend to run true to size. On every product page, we have detailed style information located under the “Size & Fit” tab. Its best to consider the information we provide there in conjunction with our size charts.

What are your fabric and care instructions?
Care instructions vary from product to product. We detail specific care information for on every product page under the “Fabric & Care” tab.

Will my garment shrink?
Is there anything worse than pulling your favorite new item of clothing out of the dryer only to find it’s half the size?!
Our custom made knit fabrics are pre-washed to remove any shrink. As with all knit goods, additional & minimal shrink may occur overtime. Line drying is the best way to ensure you maximize the longevity of any knit product. Please reference the “Fabric & Care” tab of the product you are purchasing for specific care information.


How do I place an order?
Once you’ve selected a product you’d like to purchase, choose the print, size & quantity you’d like and click “ADD TO TOTE”. Once you’ve done that, the site will prompt you through all the remaining payment steps.

Can I modify my order once placed?
Once an order is submitted, any modification or cancellation can be made by contacting customer service at (855) MAHI - GOLD. Please note, once an order has been processed for shipping we are unable to make any modifications.

Does MAHI GOLD take orders over the phone?
We’d be happy to help you place an your order over the phone. You can reach us at (855) MAHI-GOLD. Telephone orders may be placed Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM EST.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept AMEX, VISA, M/C & DISCOVER and MAHI GOLD Gift Cards.

Is your site a secure site? Will my Credit Card Information be kept private?

Will I be charged sales tax?
Taxes are applied in accordance with the tax laws of the location the order is being shipped or delivered to.


What are your shipping methods & how much do they cost
Standard Shipping (UPS SurePost) FREE on orders over $150. $10 on orders under $150. 2-3 business days
2-Day Express (UPS) $25 2 Business Days if ordered by Noon EST
Next Day Express (UPS) $35 Next Business Day if ordered by Noon EST. Not available for Saturday Delivery.

When will my order and ship and how long will it take to arrive?

Standard shipping orders are shipped within 24 hours. Typically, if an order is placed before 3PM EST, it will ship same day. If it is ordered after 3PM EST, it will ship the following day. For more information, please see our shipping chart below.

Will I receive an order or shipping notification? Once your order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email you provided. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking #. At any point, you can login to your account and check the status of your order.

Do you ship outside of the US?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship outside the United States.

Can I ship to an address that is different than mine?
Yes, when placing your order there will be an option to ship to an address other than your own.


Returns & Exchanges can be shipped back using the carrier of your choice (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) to the address below:

Please include a copy of your invoice in the package. Once received back to our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment. 

If you are wishing to exchange, please include a note on your invoice with the item that you would like to receive. Once received back to our warehouse, your exchange item will be shipped.

What is your return policy?
MAHI GOLD will accept full-price merchandise returns for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. All tags must be attached and a copy of your invoice must be included.

Please note, should you decide to return an item that qualified for free shipping, you will be refunded the total cost of the items ordered less a $5 shipping fee.
If you purchased using our 'BUY3' code, a $15 restocking fee will be assessed for each BUY3 item returned.

Online Credit is ONLY REDEEMABLE AT MAHIGOLD.COM. Online Credit may not be used at our MAHI GOLD retail stores or MAHI GOLD partner stores.

Returns are accepted by mail; please note: shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of returned goods, MAHI GOLD reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

When will I receive my exchange or refund?
Your refund will be processed within 48 hours after receipt back to our warehouse. If you are exchanging for a different size, style or color, we will ship your exchange within 48 hours. Please note, all exchanges are subject to availability.

All refunds may take-up to 1-2 billing cycles until they are reflected on your account. This time period varies based on your banking institution.


Can I return an item purchased at a MAHI GOLD retail store or at one of your retail partners?
Items purchased at one of our retail stores or retail partners may not be returned via mail. Please contact the store location where you purchased the item for any returns.


Can I return an item I purchased on sale?
Items bought where a gift with purchase or discount is awarded are only eligible for exchange and cannot be returned.


I received a gift from someone, can I return or exchange it?
If you wish to return a gift you received from MAHIGOLD.com, you may do so for exchange or online credit at MAHIGOLD.com. Online credit is only redeemable at MAHIGOLD.com. Alternatively, you may elect to credit back the original form of payment submitted by the person who placed the gift order. If you received a gift, you must be able to provide the Order # or the name of the individual who purchased the gift for you. If you are unable to provide that information, MAHI GOLD cannot issue a Credit or Refund.


The items I received are damaged or incorrect - what do I do?
Regretfully, mistakes happen. We are truly sorry if the order you received is damaged or incorrect. We will gladly replace the item or take it back for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. MAHI GOLD will cover any additional shipping costs. Please following the Returns & Exchange process listed above.
