MAHI GOLD will accept full-price merchandise returns for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. All tags must be attached at time of return. All returns are subject to a $8 handling charge per order and will be deducted from the refund amount. Exchanges are free. This $8 charge covers shipping labels and additional shipping charges
To start your return or exchange online, visit our online return portal and follow the steps below.
- Find your order using your order number and zip code. You can find the order number by logging into your account or checking the original order information you received via email.
- Follow the prompts within our portal to select a refund, exchange for a new item or a gift card.
- You will be able to download and print a return shipping label. Please securely pack your order using the return shipping label provided.
- You will receive an email update once your return or exchange has been processed.
Please note we cannot provide a refund or store credit for items returned over 30 days after the original delivery date.
Refunds will not be processed until the product is received & quality checked at our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds are available via online credit or returned to your original payment method. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address entered at time of purchase.
Online Credit is only redeemable AT MAHI GOLD.COM. Online Credit may not be used at our MAHI GOLD Outfitters stores or MAHI GOLD Outfitters partner stores.
Upon receipt of returned goods, MAHI GOLD reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Orders placed during our 2023 Mahi Madness Sale are final sale, no returns or exchanges. Mahi Madness promotions do not apply to previous purchases, and post-purchase price adjustments cannot be made. Our Mahi Madness Sale is online only.
