Chatham Store: Manager

Full-time or Part-time

We are looking for an engaging, organized, creative and driven retail leader to join our existing management & store team. Our Chatham store is the heart of our brand: a community favorite built on years of loyal customers who come back for the people as much as the product.

In this new leadership position, you'll help lead the store day to day, guiding merchandising, scheduling and staff education while keeping our customers, and our connection with them, at the center of everything you do.

You'll work side by side with our experienced leadership team, learning what makes our store special while bringing your own ideas to the table.

We want someone who sees this as a chance to grow with us. As the role develops, you'll take on more responsibility and become a familiar, valued face to our customers.

We're open to this role being full-time or part-time, depending on the right person.

Who you are

  • 2+ years of retail experience, ideally in an apparel boutique or specialty store

  • A natural people person who remembers names, faces and stories and makes every customer feel seen & appreciated 

  • Hands-on with visual merchandising, with a good eye for display and store appearance

  • Experience building staff schedules and managing a team

  • A true team player who brings fresh ideas while honoring what makes our store special

  • Reliable and flexible, available weekends, holidays and the busy summer season

Chatham Store: Sales Associate

Full-time or Part-time

We are looking for engaging, friendly and motivated sales associates to join our store team. 

This is a forward facing, customer first role. We want someone who loves connecting with people, has an eye for style, and loves helping customers find pieces that make them feel their best.

Retail experience isn't required but is preferred.

Who you are

  • A natural people person who loves meeting new people and makes every customer feel seen

  • Warm, upbeat and comfortable starting conversations

  • Eager to learn our products and share them with customers

  • Happy to help with displays, restocking and keeping the store looking beautiful

  • A true team player who shows up ready to help wherever needed

  • Reliable and flexible, willingness to work some weekends and holidays
